There's one very valid reason why I'm not mad if GGG did not fight Ward at 168.
Why should GGG come to Ward 168 weight and give him the advantage? There's no reason. Ward is moving up now, ok. But he's not giving any advantage. He has perfect size for LHW. Same height/reach/weight than Kovalev now. Golovkin in the other hand belongs to 154/160. He's a small MW. Ok now you're gonna mention Canelo at 155? makes no sense for two reasons: 1) Canelo is MW champion and the fight is for the MW title.
2) Canelo outweights GGG, there's no reason to make GGG go down in weight, it's only a dirty tactic by Canelo.
About Ward, there are other factors... Why Ward always wants to fight in Oakland? why did Ward drain Dawson? Ward didn't give any consession to anyone, so why should GGG bend over Ward?
That's why I don't get mad about it. If you want to have a reasonable discussion it's ok.
