I think this will have a Thrilla In Manilla ending. De la Hoya will get stopped and Mayorga will pass out from exhaustion. I truely beleive Mayorga has the heart to not let De la hoya stop him. (Don't flame me for saying that)
theirs no denying that mayorga has tons of heart but delahoya can punch and im interested to see if and how mayorga is going to react when mayorga gives delahoya a free shot, thats what im waiting to see, cause that what ****ed him up in the trinidad fight, after trinidad landed that free shot, it was all down hill for mayorga

"It takes discipline to become a champion and even more to remain a champion. I am being disciplined in my training camp. I have even tailed off the drinking and cigarettes.

"My motto for this fight is: I'll live and die for my championship. De La Hoya is coming into my danger zone. The fight is being called danger zone because that's where Oscar is headed. He's stubborn and he disrespected me during the media tour and that will be his downfall come May 6. "

Alot of boxers talk about how they are going after their oppentents in the first round and are going to fight toe to toe with them and they'll die in the ring. Mayorga is the only one I ever beleived

you can't honestly say de la hoya has the power tito does though. Mayorga's trademark is the free shot to show his chin. Tito was one of the hardest punchers of his time. and it took him 8 rounds thats why I say de la hoya can't do it.

delahoya has a great left hook but, he never really developed it because of the different trainers that hes had that have focused on other areas of his boxing game, but trust me dealhoya does have the power to ko mayorga

If tito didnt de la hoya can't. In the eighth round with tito he just keep getting up somehow. De la hoya had a left hook. He hasnt shown anything lately. I'm not taking anything away from De la hoya. But he's normal now not like he used to be. Boxers get old thats the way it is. Look at Vargas he's 28 and shot, well not shot but he's nowhere near his old self

I must see this fight, period. We don't have HBO anymore at my house in Pcola so I might have to go to a friend's house or may it will be on one of the PPV channels On Demand.

De La Hoya is my man, I've been waitin for this comeback. This should really be a good fight.
