    Lol good point. Why do it for less money against Garcia or brook. He gets more money here and it's not that great of a blow to his ego due to the size difference.

      Most of those youtube guys are on steroids, only a small percent is natty, that guy jason bla ha exposed them and he looks natty compared to them but he openly admits he is on TRT, so even he isnt natty but looks natty and unimpressive no bulging muscles he said he just lifts for power doesnt care about aesthetics.

      But man, the supplement industry is scary, its why I stopped taking them, a lot of the field is unregulated, they used to put legit steroid orals crushed up in the powders.

      Some guys got liver damage back in the early 2000s after taking some muscle building pills sold at vitaminworld or GNC.

      They put on muscle but wondered why they starte getting gyno after going off, and later they were getting yellow eyes.

      I know a few supps I took back in the day had some hormones in them, one of them was syntrax something back in the early 2000s and I also took some ergopharm stuff and this stuff worked better than creatine I benched more weight and put on size 7 pounds in like two weeks, and I got stretch marks on my shoulder and pec area.

      you can tell if you put on size quickly by the stretch marks. I had some on my thigh area, and my arm area and pecs.

      But my muscles went flat after I went off the stuff and my libido dropped bad. It was insane how a lot of the stuff from the 90s and early 2000s had real steroids in them and were sold over counter, legally, but those orals will damage your liver compared to the needle injections

          wow that's crazy and scary. Orals like Anadrol 50 is very hard on your liver but there is some really good test orals that have virtually no toxicity and are the best, even better than injectables. The fitness industry is scary and most of the stuff sold at gnc will cause damage or do nothing. Jack3d from a few years ago had dmaa in it which actually killed people. It's also why rios got popped in for a banned substance. Nowadays I just make my own pre-workouts with caffeine, l-arginine, and beta-alanine. I don't trust that other ****.

            I only take natural, unflavored, Whey isolate.

            The rest of the stuff I take are fish oils, vitamin D, vit c, B complex, basics stuff.

            What are the Orals you speaking off that cause less toxicity? I never heard of that I always thought Orals gave you the worst damage compared to the injections, Orals will damage your liver and kidneys from what I heard. Is this a new steroid or hormone oral? Im not privy to the muscle building community anymore, I stopped lifting like 7 years ago, and my body is ****. Im thinking of getting back into it im 33 now, my friend told me that I will put muscle on quick from muscle memory when I start lifting again, only thing im scared of is the stretch marks I know I get them when I get the newb gains from lifting again.

            Is there a lotion to put on the body to prevent the stretch marks?

              I know ****** is a great low toxicity oral. I'll ask my uncle about the others. He was a professional bodybuilder for years and loved orals. He's in his late 50's now and has no health problems and never did despite being on steroids for literally years at a time, no off cycle. The only thing I can suggest is vitamin e gel for the stretch marks.

                Wow he had zero health problems and uses ******? did he at least do some post cycle stuff so his estrogen doesn't increase and go out of wack?

                Most of these guys who use roids have no clue that you need to do a PCT to get your hormones to normal levels again

                Im going to start lifting again, I have weights at home and a small home gym.

                I dont do barbell bench press anymore, I remember my chest lacking doing it and felt nothing, so someone told me to use flies and dumbells and you dont have to use heavyweight just slow tension, with form, and I tell you what my chest grew big time, my chest was so sore after using dumbells over barbells.

                I hit the chest well I had a weak lower chest and upper chest but doing the dumbell inclines and declines help pump more blood to those areas to grow.

                my weakest are my Delts, you have any points to cap out or round out my shoulders?

                  Ya he really knew his **** and took all the necessary steps to protect his organs. I agree about barbell bench, complete waste of time. I only do incline dumbbell, chest fly, and dips, for chest and I've seen the best results from it. Especially dips. For shoulders I know people love to talk about shoulder/military press because it's a compound movement but I never saw any great results from it and if anything it hurt my lower back. I think standing delt raises are the best and can really blow up your shoulders and traps. I like front delt raises as well to get that rounded shoulder look. Other than that I do shoulder shrugs. Wide lat pull down is a great back exercise but it's also great for shoulders. It will really give you that wide look.

                  My best advice if you're thinking about getting back in it is to not focus on lifting heavy. Just use great form and do higher reps to get that burn. I'm barely older than you and stopped trying to lift super heavy. It's not necessary and very hard on the joints. Not worth it.

                    Great advice El Blanco, and yeah man, I agree with you on the not lifting heavy, F that, thats for ego, im lifting to look good, being fit and for long term. I know guys who can lift and bench way more weight than me, but they have bad injuries and can barely move their legs now and they are only in their 40s! but they lifted heavy for years.

                    Its about lifting smarter not harder, you can build and maintain muscle and health without heavy ass weights. Look at Ronnie Coleman this dude body look horrible and he suffered from bad joints and had back surgery, leg surgery, has damaged cartilage in his knees, his muscles look horrible and he is in pain almost 24 hours all from ego lifting heavy weights and he is only 53 years old he is just middle aged.

                    Look at his left arm, all the muscle is gone, he had some type of nerve damage and lost all his muscle

                      Exactly, this will be his last big pay day. It's the best chance he will every get to real money after he totally breaks his jaw on this fight he is still set for life. Lol
