And I think its beyond obvious there are less guys wishing to find out "who the best is" & more guys wishing to get paid as best as possible. You can act like its all the fighters fault, but the reality is the whole sport has shifted to a money model (4 champions/PPV) more than a who's the best model (1 champion/free TV) like there used to be in the old days. And the structure of that money model we have now makes it so that even the guys who wanna find out how good they are have a hard time doing that cuz there are all sorts of obstacles in making that happen with promoters, networks & alphabet groups standing in between them quite often.
Nobody values Billy taking on Golovkin enough for him to make so much money. It's simply about if he feels he can win. If not than maybe he is looking to sell his 0 for the right amount.
