its gonna be a very interesting fight leave it to khan to have the balls to take the kind of fights canelo and ggg refuse to. Well see what happens tho and how khan handles that first clean shot from canelo if he takes it well he has a real chance I just feel like khan will be using a ton of movement almost running and its only matter of time before canelo hurts him.

I do think Khan has a chance to win this fight but its going to come down to if he can handle canelo power. I mean canelo is going to outweigh him by like what? 25-30 pounds of fight night?

But Canelo too mindlessly chases people around and you pointed out Khan's foot speed is great (factor in amateur pedigrees), so Khan does have a chance.

He has fast feet, but not intelligent.

Canelo is a bit flat footed but you need intelligent footwork to give him trouble, not just fast.

Personally, as somebody who was completely mesmerised by Amir's hand speed at the genesis of my interest in boxing, I've got so say I'm supremely disappointed in the way his career has gone over the course of the past few years.

I feel as though once the weakness of his chin was exposed, a number of things happened. Amir's team (father, cousins and/or whoever else's counsel he heeded) started to doubt his ability to reach the top the hard way, and Amir himself sort of lost confidence in himself. These resulted in Amir stagnating, while trying to secure massive paydays with the biggest names in the sport to jump over the dangerous prospects ranked above and around him and try his luck at being the best without being exposed any more than he already had. He swerved and avoided top fighters with evident power, and fought Devon Alexander and Chris Algieri who, with all due respect, probably can't put their own children to sleep. He's said the same **** with Floyd, Manny and now Saul. Like how a win over them would catapult him to number one on the p4p list, he has the style and speed to trouble them, etc. Whether his intention or not, Amir appears to be hunting for one massive payday before getting sparked again, and having his stock dwindle even more.

It's a shame, because I feel as though if Amir altered his style, improved on the weaknesses he could make literal and tangible changes to such as head movement, body movement, better footwork, things than be TAUGHT and IMPROVED on with proper teaching and technique, he would be in a much stronger position, and not the joke he is to most except his loyal fans. I also feel he wasn't advised/handled well on the management side of things as well, and that also bums me out a little.

Such a waste of decent hands.
