I'd say Monroe is one tier above Barrera but not a huge difference.

Monroe is one of those guys who if a couple fights had gone differently, if Golovkin didn't exist, could easily be a titlist in his division and maybe -- if a journalist developed a crush on him -- pop up on p4p lists. Remember how hyped Quillin was?

Barrera... The guy is obviously flawed and doesn't pass the eye test to me. He's not going much higher than where he is now under any scenario.
