going to be a case of de ja vu on november 19th...

im hearing the same old **** i heard before the hopkins v kovalev fight. **** along the lines of 'a puncher cant ko someone he cant hit' 'skills beat power' 'kovalevs going to come unstuck against a clever boxer'. Well lets rewind cause im pretty sure i heard this crap from people before he fought hopkins although that win has been totally dismissed despite a HELL of a lot of people thinking hopkins would be too clever for kovalev. And we know how that went... You used hopkins age as an excuse, did people not realise how old he was before the fight, did you think he was in his 30's or something? This time people will dismiss the ward win, 'ward was too inactive though' until the next great hope comes along to 'expose' kovalev. WOuld be interested to see how many of you picking ward, picked hopkins? time for people to own up...
