Whats the excuse going to be when ward loses?

Will people finally see that winning the 'average 6' doesnt mean someone is a great fighter? Will people admit that kovalev is just a better fighter?
Or more likely are we going to hear excuses such as:
ward was past prime.
ward isnt a 175 fighter.
ward had an off night.
ward was injured.
the referee didnt let ward headbutt.
the referee didnt let ward clinch.
