All WBC title fights will have VADA testing. What's there to negotiate? The protocol is already in place

The World Boxing Council will launch their drug testing program by February of next year, according to an announcement at the WBC's 53rd Convention in Kunming, China. The program will be a joint effort between the WBC and VADA (Voluntary Anti Drugs Association), with the goal of cleaning up the sport and helping eradicate the use of performance enhancing drugs.

What other testing company does he use? I can't find his name in the USADA database

Except it's still voluntary and says so on WBCs website. Its why VADA was only offered to Cotto-Canelo but wasn't used. The fighters/promoters have to foot the bill and negotiate the testing. The WBC says they want it to be mandatory but so far it isn't the case.

Alright, got it. Just clear one thing up for me,who decides when the testing starts? If it's vada then it's their fault for starting late. If it's golovkins team, that's seems counter intuitive, because how would a team tell an agency when they could start randomly collecting and testing. And if so,its kinda impressive that golovkin already has enough pull to be able to control and bend the rules of a drug testing agency like vada.

He's been tested by the state athletics commissions, just like everyone else.

Voluntary is for the fighters in the top 15. It's mandatory for the title fights. Canelo and Khan already started their testing. Roman Gonzalez still hasn't been tested

If it's mandatory then why hasn't he been tested? Looks like there are some holes in your argument.

This is twice in a row Golovkin has delayed testing, others that use Vada don't have any problems.

The fighters decide. It's not just Golovkin. All fighters do. The whole testing is a joke. I'm really posting this to show a double standard. If you aren't being tested 24/7/365 it doesn't really matter.
