My friend Larry you cannot compare a 38 year old Duran to a 38 year old Floyd. Duran fought in a different era. 15 round fights,he'd been a pro since 16,Floyd turned pro at 19,and had 2x as many fights as Floyd did at that point.

I hope Hatton dont impress too much against Castillo, if Hatton does win. It could hurt his chances against PBF even, and scare him off.

PBF has sometimes gotten criticism for the people he has beat. Well if he boxes Hatton the critics woulndt be able to say anything. Hatton is highly rated by the ring magazines of this world and PBF would get credit.
Plus it would be an interesting fight, as well as the best taking on the best.

You missed the point entirely. When someone takes one fighter on their worst day, then I can take another on their worst day and compare. Floyd, unlike Leonard, would not have the physical strength and power to keep Duran off of him. Leonard made Duran take a step back when he landed, Duran would walk through Mayweather and pound him on the ropes incessantly and give him no room to breathe. And Duran's defense and accuracy is far superior to the aggressive fighters Floyd has faced. Duran of 1980 Montreal beats the best version of Mayweather.

Golovkin would wreck duran at 160.

Just because Hagler is greater than golovkin doesn't mean duran would beat Golovkin.
Just because duran almost beat Hagler doesn't mean he would beat Golovkin.

Hearns is the only 1 of the 3 who I think would have likely beaten Mayweather. Just because of styles. Maybe Leonard as well, not sure, that is nearly impossible to call. I don't count Hagler.

Thats how I see it as well. Hagler was a warrior but if he and Floyd were the same size I'd pick Floyd to beat him. Hagler is way too hittable. Little Duran had no problem touching him up. Sugar Ray Leonard is a 50/50 fight for me. Leonard has shown he can be outboxed and outfought on the inside. No one has outboxed Mayweather and the only people who came close to beating him had to make it a dirty fight. I'd favor Mayweather over Duran. And I think Hearns dominates Floyd.
