Eubank seems to get hit real clean alot + seems to lose his focus on a regular basis. And in general I think like Amir Khan he fights against his own skills quite often which while entertaining for fans puts him at risk. I think that makes for a bad outcome vs Jacobs. I will say I'm not overly impressed with Jacobs either, but I'd favor him over Eubank right now.
