    A good jab is a crisp jab, a jab that fully turns, and that comes from the shoulder - quick, unpredictible, and economical - out and back, no lazy dragging.

    Whether throwing in movement, from below or up by the face,with or without a step, in succession or singular, or with either hand, the above still stands.

      Both had jabs that did DAMAGE

          Simply put...it lands. Doesn't have to be slow/quick or weak/strong. As long as it helps set the rest of your offense and keeps someone from just walking you down its doing its job.
