The guy is just trolling, no point in trying to explain anything to him, as soon as you see the Lil G stuff from any poster you know they're not to be taken seriously, just a puppet.Another fatty saying you can't work out and develop muscles past the age of 30 without juicing. Why don't you take your fat ass to the gym sometimes, and if you do, I don't know.. actually work out, instead of playing with your damned phone. You might be surprised at the results.Comment

Fact of the matter is that the eastern Europeans are simply boss when it comes to strength and power training. They have been evolving the same training methods since the 40s conjugation and periodization. GGG and the other Eastern Europeans are simply beasts because they had the best strength training in the world when they were young.
American strength and conditioning is a ****ing joke. All fads and whatever is trendy. What is the trend this month? Doing one handed hand stand push-ups on a swissballl while citing the pledge of allegiance backwards?Comment

Icelanders, Swedish and the USA are top dawgs in the world when it comes to the most rigorous strength a man can compete in. Olympic lifting is one thing...but it when it comes to crazy obstacles like a man war machine I don't recall Russia ever being noticed in the World's Strongest Men competitions.Fact of the matter is that the eastern Europeans are simply boss when it comes to strength and power training. I'm not talking about powerlifting or strong man. I'm talking about strength and conditioning training for athletics, which in America is an industry dominated by conmen. Where do you think all those Vikings and US powerlifters and strong men get their methods from. We all use some kind of variant of the soviet system. Westside Barbel which is the dominate US system in powerlifting is pulled straight from the Soviet methods.Icelanders, Swedish and the USA are top dawgs in the world when it comes to the most rigorous strength a man can compete in. But in the world of athletics those methods aren't widely employed. Joe DeFranco is pretty much the only guy incorporating soviet based methods in training elite athletes. You wont find worse training than at the American Division I level of college athletics and professional athletics. If you cant teach a Division I college athlete, a absolute genetic specimen, how to power clean you have no business being a strength coach yet alone a Division I strength coach. Yet you can watch any video from big programs and see **** clean after **** clean if they even clean.Last edited by GTTofAK; 03-29-2016, 12:59 PM.Comment
