It didn't happen. I just texted my friend in Cincinnati and he said the only two bowling alley black people hang out at are Western bowl & Madisonv Bowl. Madison bowl open 24 hrs and it's usually packed on the weekend. He said he ain't heard nothing about it. If it happened in January the streets woulda been talking

Well he robbed DPDL so he has priors.

If this happened 2 months ago why are they only after him now? Would have a hard time believing a 'victim' if he waited that long, but maybe the cops are just moving really really slowly on this one.

It takes a while for cops to get witness and victim statements review camera footage. Check alibis . check evidence etc before they issue an actual warrant for your arrest.

Sometimes it can be up to a year before warrants are issued
