Kovolav really could give him some trouble. But the only way Sully B troubles him if he's seriously regressed in the few years since we've seen him fight a live body. I am curious to see the fight.

I think Ward takes it but i don't expect it to be easy. Barrera can be a bull and shoots some heavy shots without exerting a lot of effort. It would be fun to see Andre step up and deliver a Calzaghe/Lacy style beat-down but I don't think Sullivan is going to be handled like that.
I think Ward will give-away the first round, maybe two, feeling him out before asserting himself.
