If he wins that fight he wants to fight the other 147 pound champs to try to get all the welterweight belts just like GGG. That is a good goal for a champion.

To be fair to Brook, Khan has ducked him. I don't buy the excuse that because Khan is fighting Canelo, he's not ducking Brook. The fact is losing to Brook is extremely damaging to Khan's career, losing to Canelo isn't. I completely understand Khan but he would have made more money against Brook at Wembley, quite a lot more i'm sure. Not worth the risk when that money will still be there later.

Also the IBF haven't really helped when 2 of his last 3 fights have been their mandatories and given him poor opponents. Plus he had that stabbing just after he beat Porter.

With that said, after this mandatory at the weekend, there is no more excuses. It's time to **** or get off the pot for Brook. If he wants the big fights then one has to happen after this fight.

If the IBF keep giving him weak mandatories then he would be better off dropping the belt. If Hearn isn't doing the right business for him, then he needs to be more ruthless with Hearn and demand the fights.
