It's not cheer leading when the Lil G fans want their way, IE make Canelo fight at 160 when he's never fought there?

    Ringling Bros is accepting applications.

I'll consider this posturing unless the fight doesn't get made within the next year. If Canelo does continue to stick to this demand with no flexibility (such as a fight at 158), then there is really no defending him
Idiot alert, ladies and gentlemen. You've been forewarned.

Give up the belt, problem solved. GGG will continue his bar fights and Canelo will fight people in his newly owned weight class.

Why would you even bring up Pac? The guy won a record 6 divisional belts over 9 divisions without CWs. This fraud Canelo is competing 1lb above his first championship division, and even that belt was at a CW, which he didn't even honor
Haha so you are a hypocritical fraud! You never made the argument that Canelo shouldn't ask for a catch weight because of his resume, you cried about the catch weight in general. Turns out your just a salty Canelo hater. Be consistent man, this just shows what an emotional ***** you are.

if ggg can fight floyd at 154..why cant he fight 155? ..all that unification crap means nothing with no quality wins under your belt. the only quality opponent available for him is canelo, whereas nelo can pick from a stacked JMW division and have big fights. .ggg has no cards to play, either sacrifice or stay put at MW fighting guys like dwayne wade.

Yeah but canelo is in the same division as golovkin....there's no getting round it...u can jump up 4 weights who cares...the fact is canelo is middleweight champion and he has to fight middleweights ....not try and trick his way into an unfair advantage......we're talking about a fighter who litterally just weighs above light middlweight who is trying to drag other middleweight fighters down to an unhealthy 155 limit .....I just want this mess sorted out....if golovkin says ok we meet say 157 or 158 then I'm fine with.....but 155 no way......it's dangerous drying out to that weight....look at canelo when he went down to 152 to fight mayweather and that was at 154.... If canelo refuses to fight above 155 then he gets stripped

It doesn't matter if we talk about 155-160. The whole point for GBP is that it's not Lil'G hour, it's Canelo the superstar hour. As long as Lil'G is happy cashing them checks it's obvious the fans are being had. Canelo doesn't call the shots. That's GBP. Canelo just enjoying it all. That's just the reality. He's the fighter. Bhop and De La Hoya milking that cash!

If you're the Middleweight Champion, then you should have to fight at the Middleweight (160 pound) limit. Leave all this A-side, B-side garbage out of it.

I can't believe that people still defend Canelo on this.

It might be the most punk ass thing I've heard of in boxing . . . . lately
