I dont think that anyone is a better fit for Bradley as a fighter than Diaz, BUT if there are trust issues and beef with Tims wife and all that, maybe it would be better for Bradley to go with Atlas for a more stress free camp. But the way Tim went about it was incredibly ****ty.

He showed some new moves against Rios, but it was a bad version of Rios. We won't know for sure just how much Atlas helps until the Pac fight. If Bradley shows those same new moves against a live body, then we'll know Atlas was good for him, even if those new moves aren't enough to win.

I think Atlas is one of the most overrated people in boxing both as a so called boxing expert and a trainer. He won't hurt or help Bradley. Atlas is not a better trainer than Diaz. Pacquiao will beat him again even at 37 years old because he is the better fighter. Atlas said Bradley deserved to win the first fight. What kind of boxing expert says something that ******??? Atlas has a track record of picking the wrong winner in almost all major fights. He picked Cotto to beat Canelo. Wrong again as usual. Off the subject, Atlas is the biggest blabbermouth of all fight callers and has ruined my enjoyment of many fights with his non stop talking during the fight. In a 3 minute round Atlas will spend that entire 3 minutes TALKING. He is in love with his own voice. Atlas had a handful of amateur fights before a bad back ended his amateur career. He had a few successes training well established boxers and a few failures and boxers who fired him. I don't think he ever trained any boxer from the start of his career the way Diaz did with Bradley.

I agree; I never took Atlas seriously as an expert or a trainer. I chalk it up to instinct; he never seemed like he was for real, and a lot of what he said could be nonsense anyone could say. The only thing that'll actually help Bradley in this fight is that he will probably box this time around--just common sense. That's about it. And Pacquiao still wins.

Not surprised to see the Atlas hate in this thread. I think Atlas and Bradley are a great fit. Bradley was brought up by his father in that drill instructor type way and that's what Atlas brings to the table, came into Tim's gym and just took over. A lot of people wouldn't be able to handle that because they are too full of themselves but it's the perfect fit for Tim in my opinion. Didn't Bradley himself say Atlas has already in their first camp taught him things he never learned in all the years he was with Diaz? If Bradley feels he has a better chance with Atlas as his trainer then so be it, I won't hate on it cause I'm not the one in that situation.

I'm just expecting a good fight. because these both fighters are warriors and they give good competitive scraps when to go at it .....that said manny wins again..
Bradley got his first KO in like 4 years against a guy that outweighed him by 15 pounds and had never been stopped, not even by Manny with just 7 weeks under Atlas.

Bradley got hurt both times he faced Pac. With Atlas in his corner and no injury, he's going to box Pac up.

Exactly....people don't want to hear the truth. All they care about is the unjust decision he got in the first Pac fight and how fat Monica is.

It added more hype to his fights. Thus additional seats in the arena. Similar to Pascal flowering his entourage by adding Roach in it.

Teddy Atlas seems to have better eyes than Joel Diaz, in the sense of being able to pick up on patterns and effectively communicate tactical changes that his fighter can male to take advantage of what he sees. You add that Teddy seems to also have Bradley's confidence, in addition to being a great motivator in his own right, and the move seems like it'll work out.

Rios was a shell, well a fat shell, of his former self. He barely made training camp and was about to quit. He had to literally be talked into continuing to train for the fight. We'll really have to see how Bradley does against Pacquiao this time around, in order to judge Atlas' effectiveness.
