I think this was a logical fight for both of them to make. While it definitely doesn't have nearly the same significance to the division as the first one did, this could be an opportunity for one of them to rebound their careers a bit. Plus it will likely be a fun fight to watch.

All that being said, I think Berto has more left than Ortiz. I'm picking him to win by stoppage.
