Ortiz doesn't have the temperament to continue at this level. I don't think he quit like in past. Here, the lights were on but no one was home. I think with him, it's physical. When you nail him and knock him out for a split second, he loses all sense of awareness.

Go back to the Maidana fight. Same outcome in the corner, Victor acting like he didn't hear his corner and "no one was home" but then he does the post fight and he's smiling like "Wow!!" after seeing the replay.
