This can mean only one fighter, Danny Garcia. He hasn't fought since January.
Thurman is out, Brook fights this weekend so he's most likely out. Vargas just fought a few weeks ago as same as Brook.

Unless it's for one of those other smaller titles like NABF or USBA. But those aren't world titles.
