It's a travesty that Abel Sanchez has one for the level of opposition GGG faced last year....but neither Floyd Sr nor Roger have one for any year in Floyd Jr's brilliant career.

That's a bull**** statement to make, and you know it. 147, yes. But he didn't prove it because he beat Canelo. Plenty of people thought Canelo lost to Lara. Not just that, but there's also the undefeated Charlo brothers, and Demetrius Andrade.

Please cut that crap out. Floyd never even fought at 154 lbs. I don't think Floyd beats all four of those fighters (Charlo brothers, Andrade, and Lara). Size and age makes a big difference.

And almost EVRYONE says Lara ran. Those body shots were CRUSHING him. You could here and feel those blows when they landed. Casual fans don't count body shots for some reason. They hurt him just look a Lara's face in between rounds. Whats funny is that Lara probably would of won if he just threw more punches...

No WAY a slick boxer should have the same amount of punches landed with slow plodding boxer. His connect percentage was TERRIBLE as well...

So you guys think Reynoso deserves it cause ginger beat an inactive kirkland and an oldass cotto? or froid sr cause he outpointed pacquiao in one of the most important/lackluster fight in boxing then ***** slapped the fans by ending his year/career by outpointing berto who literally only had like 2 and a half weeks to train?

And you think GGG's trainer deserves it for beating up soup cans??? I could train GGG and win the award with him fighting soup cans!!! It's not like GGG has needed any advice from him in between rounds...

So a coach of a mediocre fighter believes he's more deserving of a coach with a great fighter? I think it should have gone to JDJ but Sanchez is more deserving instead of that fat fu ck

See you made the argument right there. Training a mediocre fighter is a LOT harder to train then a GREAT fighter.

the terms "bum" "cab driver" "tomato can" are SO over used on this site. Sanchez rightfully won. His fighter beat a then-top 5 middleweight in Martin Murray and unified titles.

Don't be ridiculous, they have done a great job with Canelo.

Not sure if he deserved TOTY with only those 2 wins, but that team has done a superb job with Canelo.

Eddy Reynoso is garbage. Until recently, his father Chepo Reynoso has been training Canelo.

I don't even think Murray makes the Too #50. If your going strictly off who they fought. Heck I would throw Tyson Fury's trainer in ahead of GGG's.

What training is really required when your fighter is fighting human punching bags. If he would of fought Lara instead of the "BIGGER name Willie Nelson" and Murrey then I could see him winning but Murrey and then a bunch of nobodies nope
