    Which is insane.

And, Sanchez has made that statement repeatedly.

" All Sullivan has to do is be a true 175lb'er..... Ward has been inactive..... Ward has been injured..... we will test his stamina, won't let him breathe "

I have not heard him make one comment about how Barrera is going to deal with Ward's style, most likely because they have no idea how Ward will approach this fight.

The fact is, if you do not respect Ward's skill, you become a victim of it.

I wish Dirty Sanchez all the best with his..... "don't worry, Ward is old, faded, injured, and he won't be able to keep up" game-plan.

Barrera could get caught short in this fight, I hope it goes the distance.

If this plays out like I think it will..... and Barrera is woefully under-prepared, like it appears he will be..... I hope that "fans" evaluate the situation accurately and lay the blame accordingly.

Also, if Ward/Golovkin had happened..... when reality started to sink in, and the wheels started falling off about the 3rd/4th round, would the guy who came up with this game-plan for Barrera.....

" All Sullivan has to do is be a true 175lb'er..... Ward has been inactive..... Ward has been injured..... we will test his stamina, won't let him breathe "

..... really have been much help to Golovkin ?

More evidence that Sanchez has replaced Freddie Roach as the most overrated trainer in boxing. He CLEARLY has no idea on how to approach dealing with Ward. All he has to do is be a true 175lb'er? LMAO. And people wonder why Bumlovkin ducked Ward...

Yeah exactly but i think he does admire Ward's talent it's just that he's in the awkward situation of training the inferior boxer.

So you think because Sanchez isn't more detailed about Barrera's strategy, that he has none? Since when do trainers divulge their strategy before a fight? Your bias towards Ward has blinded you.

After a long layoff this was the most appropriate fight and it was close to the light heavyweight limit to see how he would perform at a heavier weight. Obviously from here on out SOG will be fighting nothing but the best.

There is some truth in that.

But he's gotta give Barrera something, surely ?

I can't wait to hear his advice between rounds.
