Would Mayweather move up to 154 to fight Lara? Some fans were asking for that also.
    Is hopkins a big draw?

“The priority would be Canelo (Alvarez) or a unification fight with (WBO titleholder) Billy Joe Saunders but Bernard is another one,” Loeffler told reporters in New York. “If we can’t get one of those fights, if we can’t get a Danny Jacobs type-of-fight or (Gilberto) Ramirez then Bernard would certainly be a…He’s a legend. It would be a huge name for him.”

It's for a title little G fans call a joke and the fight wasn't won at MW but at Canelo weight, but you use it as an excuse for Little G's hypocritical behaviour?

Those guys are not on the agenda anyway, while this Canelo situation is playing out. They did seriously purse Froch a few years back, when he was the runaway #1 active SMW with a career high top 10 p4p ranking, and huge profile off that Wembley win.

And to answer your question. Probably bigger than Ward.
You said he'd go up only for big draws. Like i said they are willing to go up for Hopkins, is Hopkins a big draw?

So Golovkin-Hopkins would sell more than Golovkin-Ward in your opinion?

He said yes to fighting Ward when Ward was at his peak, but now he's somehow afraid. When Canelo just stepped into his yard, and his setting himself up for that oh but apparently Ward "we didn't know he had a fight coming up" when the Lemieux fight done.
You're completely ignoring (or unaware of) the fact that intriguing matchups make $. That's why May and Pac were doing a mill or less, with other fighters, but more than quadruple that together. Ggg vs Froch, Hopkins, or Chavez got little charter here and all of it was clowning. Ggg vs Ward STILL gets talked about. I feel that ggg was wise to duck Ward but that doesn't mean it wouldn't have been a big fight.

I want the title rep restored so we need a transfer of ownership, from that CW celebrity champ, to the best MW out there. Again, I'm fine with 157 if Canelo is not bringing the belt, so is team Ggg. If then Canelo offers 50/50 on weight and money, Ggg pounces on that offer.

You should be ashamed of yourself for supporting 155 to unify 3 MW belts + lineal, but you're a flo mo, so not unexpectedly no principles

Than Ward when? After mythical victories? In the year 2017 when he's done with his tune-ups? Hopkins-Pascal earned nearly 2 million viewers, Hopkins-Kovalev did 1.4, Ward's at his peak drew in 1.3 mil with Chad Dawson.

Anyway, like loeffler said, if the entire middleweight division ducks Golovkin he'll look at the supermiddleweight fighters. Ramirez isn't a "big" fight either.
