I saw that video, it seemed to be nothing more than a funny joke and nothing bad happened there. That "Victim" needs to chill a bit....seriously.

It is crazy how quickly he has become an embarrassing clown. Not like he's doing extremely malicious, evil ****. Mostly just dumb, goofy **** he shoulda gotten outta his system back when he was like 16. Not sure what the deal is. Whatever it is hope he learns his lesson and stops hanging around all these jerkoff friends who not only encourage this behavior, but are terrible enough friends to then film it and post it for the world to see.

Have you actually seen the video? He's goofing off. He acts like a teenager and always has. He's never really grown up. It's not like he's going Jermain Taylor crazy he's just very immature and drinks too much.

This and this. The dude's only lost two fights and in both losses didn't take a beating. And I'd venture to say that at 33, he could still possibly make some money in the sport if he'd stay away from the booze. He's a fighter who didn't get it all out of his system and now booze and idle time are his worst enemies.

In the early stages of brain damage guys seem like this. The first sign of brain damage is impulse control problems. Back 15+ years ago Rid**** Bowe joined the marines and quit them in a week. He did killer boxing training camps yet he can't hack an easier regiment than boxing?

You might be over thinking this one. Pavlik was doing goofy stuff and getting into trouble (DUI, messing around in training camp, going to rehab, etc) at his peak of his pro career too, but even so he was more dedicated to the sport vs being retired and having nothing to do.

He very well could have some brain damage, as I would agrue most boxers probably do have some deterioration on some level, but this kind of goofy incident is in line with the Kelly Pavlik behavior we've always known. He's always been like this. Top Rank did a good job of shielding a lot of it when they were marketing him as the working man's champ. But once that ride derailed all this stuff was way more public (like Pavlik on Facebook making ridiculous posts whereas before Top Rank ran his Facebook page, etc).

trouble is one you get on drugs or have a criminal record everyone knows about it, every time you do something they know they can press charges against you because you have a record, youre a sitting duck

dont get a record in the first place

taylor likewise could get out of the nuthouse and get on some medication and behave well for the rest of his life but everyone around him will know hes a documented loony and take advantage of it
