uhm,,,he'd also have losses to cory spinks and baldomir who both decisioned him,,,lol. nice try tho. judah is a ***** period
judah was dropped in the spinks fight and severly wobbled and running for round 7 against baldomir. up to that point, judah was in complete control (against baldy)
i agree that judah with a chin def would have beaten baldy and probably spinks.
when VK retired the #1 heavey was byrd, simply cause he had the belt so long, hadn't lost in 4-5 years and had beaten some decent oppostion... there was no way i could put rahman over byrd, based on the poor opposition rahmna had been facing and losses to ruiz and holyfield(who byrd beat).....
According to all Klitschko fans, Rahman should be the rightful champion. You called Vitali champion for chasing Lewis away so don't be hypocritical now. With the longest reigning champ out of the way, there is no doubt Rahman is the champ. After all, he chased Vitali into retirement. If the Ring does not name Rahman the official heavyweight champion, then they are biased.
instead of reading through this whole thread, i'll just comment on the initial post made here.
vitali had actually fought lennox, and said he would do it again. lewis had made public many times that he was going to fight vk again. time passed as ll still held onto the belt with no word of what he was actually going to do. then, on the verge of being stripped, he retired. what makes this so intriguing, is that lewis had wanted to rematch mike tyson, vitali klitschko, and fight wladimir and roy jones before he retired. after the klitschko fight, his plans had dramatically changed.
now vitali had suffured through numerous injuries, officially postponing the bout with rahman twice. after vk weighed in on his condition, he decided to retire - and retire honorably instead of clinging on to the strap. as mentioned yesterday, if you saw the fight, vitali said to merchant that his leg still doesn't feel stable. a huge difference in circumstances - as vk actually made numerous attempts to get into top form for the rahman fight whereas ll just removed himself from the boxing scene after promising a rematch with vitali.
oh, i almost forgot about how long lewis had stalled the initial mandatory defence against vk. there's even more, but i've already said enough.

he was outpunched and out pointed in both fights. chin wasnt the reason he lost. nough said
I aint calling Wlad the MAN just yet. IMO he needs to get just one more belt to have any claim for the HW crown.
I also believe that beatin the Rock would be the best option.
But so far things look much better for the HW division than pre Byrd fight.
That is IMO.
