I remember Ward trying postpone the announcement even though negotiations were already done. Some interpreted it as cycling.

I was looking on their website and noticed the Khan and Canelo have already been added to the testing program. Pacquiao and Bradley were added about a week or so after the fight was announced as was Ward-Barrera. Are they doing drug testing for this fight?
