Bute and Stevenson. Ward had cleared 168 except for Bute and Bute back then was viewed as his largest threat, plus Bute could bring a crowd and money for Ward to fight. Ward flat out ducked him, saying he hadn't paid his dues and wasn't entitled to fight someone as godly as SOB.

He also ducked Stevenson but I could care less if that coward pimp gets wronged.

I thought Bute wasn't invited into the Super Sox?

I don't think he flat out ducked but he had the choice to make these fights and chose not too do them for whatever reason and in some cases they could have been legitimate issues like promotional/injury but in some it would have been something else. (this was a response to both of your posts)
Bute wasn't invited into the Super Six. Hershman kept him for after the tournament.
Before the Super Six final, Ward repeatedly said that he will fight Bute next, because that's what the fans wanted... But right after the Froch fight Ward immediately dismissed that fight. Froch didn't.

How is it possible to duck fighters that suck?

Why don't you add Kelly Pavlik and Alexander Brand to the list?

Say what you want, but Ward did not try hard enough to make that Bute fight.

Following the Super 6, Bute's team met up with Ward's to negotiate a fight and Ward's response was that Bute needed to prove himself more because he didn't show up in the Super 6. Now keep in mind, Bute was the IBF champion at this time, and he was the biggest name in the weight class for years. He would easily sell out the Bell Centre (23,000 capacity) he was also headlining HBO cards. Ward probably would have beaten him at the time and made a lot of money doing so, plus he would have gotten the IBF strap, but instead he said no and he let Carl Froch have all the glory.

That's a decision I'm sure he'd like to have back.

The other guys you named I haven't read anything about it. I would have loved to see him face DeGale, and maybe they will face each other someday, but I don't think there was significant interest in that fight. Dirrell is an underachiever, so I don't really care. Stevenson different network etc.

Ward ducking Bute is a ******ed myth. After the S6, Ward was out with a legit hand injury he got BEFORE the Froch fight. Froch fought zbute and beat him. There are images of Ward''s hand after the Froch fight. Go see them and stop making up history.

Bute n Dirrell although it was a mutual feeling with Dirrell. They both didn't want to risk fighting each other. Just like Hopkins/Ward.

They make up anything to discredit Ward because he is a thread to their favorite fighter....we have clearly seen this before
