Haye’s looking for big names to fight – Dillian Whyte not one

Still commanding a fan following and considered a hot draw in boxing till date, David has a string of fighters he can call-out, but when asked about about a former sparring partner of his, fellow English fighter Dillian Whyte, David went on to respectfully express his thoughts.

Haye believes Whyte has not placed himself as a big name and commodity on world level and that his biggest achievement in his overall boxing career (so far) was getting knocked out by Anthony Joshua.

He's probably right, Dillian Whyte wouldn't be anyone's long term radar, but i'll bet Haye's next fight isn't against someone significantly better than Whyte anyway.

If Whyte wasn't injured, Haye could still fight him and try to make a statement by doing a much better job than Joshua did, and probably generate more money in the UK than most fights out there. Whyte's stock is probably higher than before the Joshua fight, even though he got stopped.

Whyte doesn't have the marquee value Haye needs.

He is also to dangerous in a toe to toe brawl lol.

Let's be honest Dillian Whyte's relevance was invented to give Joshua a rival

Whyte would knock Haye out, that's why he's not interested.

Haye should fight Briggs and Tarver in the same night. Put on a show and rid boxing of these two past it fools.
