Comments Thread For: Fury-Klitschko II - The Hunt Continues To Secure Date, Venue

Tyson Fury and Wladimir Klitschko continue to play the waiting game as their respective handlers continue the hunt for the ideal setting for their forthcoming rematch.

The pair of heavyweight behemoths will collide in a sequel to their game-changing first clash last November, in which Fury ended Klitschko's lengthy title stay with a 12-round win last November in Germany. Shortly following the loss, Klitschko exercised a rematch clause that forced Fury to forgo a mandatory title defense and eventual disposal of his International Boxing Federation (IBF) title, though content with the belts that still remain in tow as well as his status as the true lineal world champion.

That's funny, I think Wilder would beat Fury in a brutal fashion. Wlad on the other hand... if Wilder lets Klitschko clinch, it's over

Klitschko is still the best fighter in the heavyweight division. Fury is his stylistic nightmare, anyone who disagrees DKSAB or klitschko haters

Worst fight ever 2. I cant wait. I would pay money to NOT have to watch a replay of the first fight.

Wembley Stadium. It's a no brainer.

Mick Hennessy and Bernd Boente are in deep negotiations these days but not a lot of information is publicized as of yet. My bet is on a German stadium date in June; the Fury's expressed satisfaction with visiting Germany for the first fight and said they'd happily return and Vlad would undoubtedly feel more comfortable with being on home turf again.
