After Bradley left hooks that thing about 20 or 30 times right on the cuff, lets see how well he throws the jab.

USADA has medical experts that consider applications for the****utic use and clearly Floyd's use was legitimate.

what spoon wants is for floyd's entire private medical history to be made public. for no reason whatsoever other than to shut spoon/rath up.

as soon as floyd gives a ****, i'm sure he'll consider it.

Can you prove to me these USADA employees were fit to diagnose Floyd for sever dehydration? What's the credential of the usada staff in floyd's home?

Most USADA employees are not even nurses. Only a physician can diagnose severe dehydration for IV treatment. Show proof that the one who administered Floyd treatment is medical competent.

        I wait.

        While,

Where is Floyd's attending physician to give light to his severe dehydration? Where?

Pac's surgeon came out to show proof of his injury. It's that simple.

Where is Floyd's? It's been 10 months. What is he hiding?

        Manny's Doctor

Where is Floyd's attending physician who diagnosed him with sever dehydration? Up to now not even a cameo appearance to vindicate froid from the IV scandal. Tsk tsk tsk..

The more he doesn't explain his case of sever dehydration the more he will look guilty. The more he hides it. The more it will only get louder.

Well, considering this alleged shoulder injury was just about a year ago, and was surgically repaired (just about a year ago) why would there be any issues a year later?

          Common sense, right?

Flowemoe logic, defies logic: "well dere wuz no injury cuh he didn't wince mid fight, my bruva"

Oh look, after a surgery Michael Jordan went to a swimming pool to do his rehab.

Pacquiao after a surgery pac went to a near by salt water for rehab. Amazing what great athletes do to be in their game.

If you weren't so ******, you'd realize the reason TUEs exist is so USADA's doping control officer doesn't have to diagnose anything.

A paramedic was called and they administered the IV. All related medical information would be submitted as part of the exemption request. The DCO has nothing to do with anything.

Because you are paranoid and delusional, you assume USADA & NSAC are completely corrupt and part of a giant conspiracy.

But if that was the case, why would Floyd even need to ask for an exemption? Why wouldn't the DCO just go home and let Floyd do whatever he wanted?

Spoon/Rath's position just doesn't make any sense.

And worse, he lies nonstop about the rules and facts, hoping if he copies & pastes the same text over and over and posts enough pictures and memes that nobody will take the time to try to sift through his horse****.

In all of my years of posting on the internet and usenet, going back to the late 1980s, I have never, ever, in my life encountered somebody as ****** as Spoon/Rath.

Even if Spoon/Rath is completely trolling, they'd be trolling themselves because of all of the time and effort being spent, not to mention I don't even think it's possible to pretend to be so ******.

Unless it's some form of brilliant performance art.

Either way, I'm not sure why this site allows it to take place. Are there not any moderators here? Are there no repercussions for posting blatantly false information hundreds if not thousands of times?

It's dumb of you to not realize, in order for TUE to be allowed, A medical practitioner shall diagnose the athlete if he really was a candidate for sever dehydration before allwing IVS.

Now, who are these medical practioners who supervised? Are they fit to diagnose severe dehydration? under Wada rules their are strict guidlines before being allowed.

Who was adequate or competent enough to diagnose? What are their names and credentials?

                    To this day. Nothing..

                    RED FLAG

Safety nets are clear under Wada:

These facts must be thoroughly satisfied before allowing a TUE

To receive a TUE in accordance to wada rules

                      A. Medical history of an athletes background is checked. - does he always severely dehydrated? According to Floyd himself he has no problem making weight in the 147 division.

A summary of the athletes history and the findings of a physical
examination should confirm the diagnosis and establish the need for an IV
infusion. A precise description of the clinical situation and specific medical
indication for the IV infusion must be given in the TUE application.
Note that if an IV infusion or injection is part of a clinical investigation,
surgical procedure or hospital admission, there is no requirement for a
TUE. The athlete is nevertheless advised to obtain and keep a copy of the
medical records from the intervention or procedure.

                      B. Diagnostic criteria
A clearly defined diagnosis should be established in accordance with the
International Classification of Diseases standards of the World Health
                      Organization ICD-10).
                      C. Relevant medical information
A detailed description of the substance to be infused, the rate of infusion
and any other relevant clinical information from the treating physician
should be included. It must be demonstrated why an alternative permitted
therapy, for example oral rehydration in case of dehydration, is not a valid
option. Any existing co-morbidities that would influence the decision for
granting a TUE should also be included.
                      TUE Physician Guidelines
Medical Information to Support the Decisions of TUECs
                      INTRAVENOUS INFUSIONS
                      WADA - World Anti-Doping Program

                      THE SAFETY NETS ARE CLEAR

For transparency, what as the medical condition of Floyd to receive IV infusion? Up to this day no explanation. No reason for severe dehydration. No physician to clear the air.

If I was being pinned down as a cheat, the only way to save face is to show the world my condition. If i am innocent, I will be glad to bring this out in the open and request that physician who was their during my IV infusion to help me explain what happened to clear the air.

                      But..

Up to this day 10 months has past.

                      Nothing..

Floyd would rather look guilty than to clear the air and save himself.

Why? Coz he knows he can't defend it.

An obvious cover up happened. As you clearly have pointed out. He got away. Yes he did. Technicalities did. But still those cover up doesn't explain the big turd on top of Floyd's head.
