Apparently because he's using it nearly a year later. It's supposed to stay torn forever.

He always does the "I don't want to make the excuses... But Here're my excuses!!! But I am not making excuses!"
Is it possible the shoulder was bad and got worse during the fight? Think of the energy that was in the arena that night. Couldnt imagine the adrenaline that was flowing. So I ask, was the pain somewhat masked by the adrenaline?

Its clear that most people on here never really competed in a physical sport before. Just quick to be a critic and claim to know what really going on. Truth is we were not there, not in Mannys training camp and not in the back before or after the fight and not at the hospital. Injuries happen, but someone who has been competing since a child has experienced these types of situations. Ive felt the energy of big events, both as a fan and competitor. I can tell you with that type of adrenaline and energy flowing through that arena the night of Floyd vs Manny either one of those guys could have taken a bullet to the chest and still keep fighting. Not sure how bad the injury really was or how much pain he was in but its very possible it was masked by the adrenaline. The key factor is, is if it was bad enough before the fight to ask for pain killers then the injury was already in his head. You have to experience stuff like this to actually know what goes on, sitting around and criticizing...come on people.
