Wilder lacks the skills of Tyson Fury, he wouldn't be able to keep Wlad off him.

Wilder is a bum who just happens to be pretty athletic & big with decent power. Any top tier HW like Tyson Fury, Wladimir Klitschko, Luis Ortiz etc will expose him.

Fury's got two left feet. The fact that Wlad lost to a bum like that just proves my point. Now Ortiz is a good fighter.

If you think that Fury has two left feet then you clearly DKSAB. Fury has amazing footwork for a man of his size, hence how he was able to defeat one of the most dominant HW's of all time, despite not being a massive puncher.

Don't forget that Wilder was being completely outboxed by a Polish midget in his last fight, and only won due to landing a lucky punch.

          This is a good post.

I'm not siding with anyone here as you have Eilder fans ripping down the achievements of Fury and Fury fans playing down Wilder's standing. And the fight they all want most is Wilder vs Fury, I expect they'll be building said fighter up after their man is victor.

What I will say is Wilder does appear to have hugely over rated power, he struggled to put Szpila away, even feather fisted Jennings was able to look more convincing versus Szpila. I believe Wilder is a false hope for boxing fans, and I'm in no way sold by Fury or Martin, Parker is short and Joshua appears limited and chinny I have yet to see promise from a boxer in the division whom can replicate Wlad's achievements.

Forget the speed..Didnt Grabamir Clutchko grab like 20x a rnd, If Wilder can pull that off without DQ in Rushki ill be impressed.

            Fury
            Vladamir
            Joshua
            Wilder
            Ortiz
            Martin
            Povetkin
            Pulev
            Parker
            Browne

Povetkin will be the heavier fighter and will be able to physically push him around and dominate in the clinch. This is where Wilder fans get it wrong, he is NOT as strong a unit as Klitschko as his legs are like tooth picks and he doesn't have bulk, his balance is abysmal as well. Povetkin will annihilate this guy inside and land easy.

Mark my words, Povetkin will land heavy within the first 4 rounds and when that happens he will finish him if Wilder gets back up.
Pretty sure Dehaupus is bigger, taller, and stronger than Povetkin, and Deontay manhandled him just fine on the inside. If Povetkin thinks he's gonna dominate on the inside (if he can even manage to get in), then he is in for a world of shock.

I don't think anyone will eclipse Wladimir's achievements for a long time tbh. Fury lacks the motivation to be a long standing champion, and doesn't live the life outside the ring unlike Wlad.

Wilder just doesn't pass the eye test i'm afraid. His technique is awful, as his footwork and his general boxing skills. He's an impressive physical specimen I'll give him that, but natural athletic ability will only get you so far in this game.

So blasting a guy to the moon and almost ripping his head off with ONE PUNCH = overated power in your eyes?

Lol, you guys should record yourselves and take some time to listen before deciding to post on here, cause some the **** yawl spue is just pure idiocy.

If you said that Wilder has overated skills because he took so long to get rid of Szpilka, that would make more sense, because Szpilka's head, waist, and leg movement totally confused Wilder for the majority of the fight, which is why the fight lasted so long in the first place.

The fight lasted long only cause Wilder struggled to land on Szpilka, but once he got his timing down, he knocked him out with the first clean shot of the fight.

I doubt any version of Klitchko would have lost a single round to Spilka. If He can win rounds against Wilder then so can Povetkin only difference is when Sasha lands... Wilder gonna be hearing bells and seeing birds...
And rightly stated many times, Wlad used every dirty trick in the book to beat Sasha, plainly cause he new he was in with a live dog and no push over bum. And worse for Wilder it seems that Sashas taking things much more seriously this time round and has improved some what, therefore cant judge on past performances like against wlad and Huck when he was clearly out of shape.
How ever its make or break... We gon find iut if Wlider is the real deal or just a hype.

Wilder only knocked Szpilka out because the Pole got his feet messed up, got caught square and Wilder managed to land a punch that he didn't see.

Up until then, the chinny Szpilka seemed to handle Wilder's power without any issues.

Props to Wilder for getting him out of there, but it certainly wasn't an impressive performance.
