Man, that's an all action fight for sure. Hatton overwhelmed Tszyu but Tszyu was older and worn down I think. I think with Ruslan's firepower, he stands a great chance of dropping Hatton but I think it's a hell of a brawl all the way. If Hatton could get into his groove, he could pull it off, but Provodnikov would be going after him all the way. No quit in him from first bell to last. I'd love to see it. Of course, I enjoy watching Provodnikov every time he fights, no matter who. In one of his fights, he came in with a black eye. Now that's a fighter.

To me this is a silly question. Hatton beats the brakes off of Ruslan 11/10 times in my book. Ruslan is the definition of a face first brawler. Hatton, while a brawler, was much more controlled aggression and could box a bit, he just didn't care to much.

Hatton also only lost to prime Floyd and Prime Manny.

Hatton had a lot more to draw on than Ruslan who is just face first with no skills , most of the real top liners that were considered brawlers still have real good boxing ability when they need it and Ricky is one of them watch the fight with Pauli where Hatton boxed very well indeed , Ruslan doesnt have those skills he only knows one way .

I think I'll have to go with Hatton.

hatton couldn't have beaten kostya alone, he needed a very bad biased ref for that victory

Hatton. Provo has got to be one of the most overhyped fighters I've ever seen, mostly off the Bradley fight. He's never beaten anyone worth a damn.
