Wilder could probably win with his jab. But it's when he abondons his jab that gets him in trouble with his awful balance and rough technique.

Picking wilder. But wouldn't be surprised either way.

Wilder is getting exposed via ko. No doubt about it.

Wilder is very sloppy, misses alot wildly, went rounds with guys he was supposed to blow out in 1 round. Also he is not a skilled clincher/leaner.

Wilder was losing rounds to Szpilka. So yes he needs a ko to win.

            Povetkin

Likes to come in on taller guys, then throw no punches. If he does this, Wilder needs to bomb him with uppercuts. No clinching. KO this guy.

Oh great, the Lewis curse strikes again. This idiot never gets any predictions right.

Wilder will beat Pov and Lewis will have egg on his face yet again.

If anyone cares to watch the Stiverne fight you'll see just how disciplined Wilder can be when faced with a tough and dangerous opponent. Povetkin will have to work his way past Wilder's pumping jab and be wary not to walk into any one twos or looping lefts. And he'll need to be able to close the distance fast enough to get off his shots before Wilder jumps out of range. His biggest chances will come if he can push Wilder back to the ropes and go to work on his body the way Stiverne was able to do in spurts. I don't think that'll be enough, personally.

A lot depends on how Wilder handles the fight though. If he tries to make it a tear up Povetkin's chances up considerably, but so do his chances of getting KOed.

I assume you're joking lol. Wilder isn't of the same pedigree as Lewis. And even if he was I'm not sure the HW landscape is talented enough for him to be able to prove it (although it has been really picking up over the last year or so).

I'll root for Wilder being that I'm an American, and he has all the physical advantages to pull it off against Povetkin, but I also see what Lewis sees, and therefore won't be surprised if he loses to Povetkin... or soon there after.

                  But... the boy's got power.

I think Povetkin comes in focussed and primed and ready to do this. It is a hard to predict fight as Wilder has the physical attributes to make Povetkin look foolish though if he fights the right fight.
