God I love both guys now. I used to have a big problem with Mayorga's attitude and his comments toward Spinks etc: but that's innate in his personality.

I'm understanding that what he says is universally mean. He's just a gabacho and that's all there is to it.

Yeah let's put it this way. If lets say he does just move around and beat Mayorga by decision....I'll be ok with that. But I'd be jumping out of my ****ing seat if he finishes him.

Same goes with Mayo finishing Oscar. My feelings are so mixed regarding this fight it's not even funny.

So either way, this is like a battle of badasses.
if he's takes mayo out and punches with him all my comments about oscar being a puss will be forever gone.
if he tactically wins by decision i will not crack on him but it is what i would expect from him.
if he slugs it out with mayo i will respect him more than winning a decision.
yeah i know it's not a logical strategy for him but slugging with mayo and winnning would forever silence critics such as me of his recent fights and the waltz he did w/ tito.

            I'll be quite honest.

Whoever wins this fight should have to ask their manager what kind of split they should give god in a PPV fight with him.

                Yeah I'm torn.

two different points of note however:

                1. Oscar better cash the checks he wrote with his statements.

                2. Mayorga better come prepared for a good fight.

Or else I'm going to pull a Bo Jackson with my Keyboard.

mayorga is an unpradicable vargas. de la hoya just has to box him in the middle of the round use his jab. (a jab jab right like his special in fight night 3)

At 154 DLH is no where near a fast as he was at 140-147, plus he's coming back from over a year off i think. I dont see him outboxing mayorga by a landslide because mayorga is pretty fast and has amazing stamina,no matter how much of a "Great boxer" you are, you cant keep a man away for even 6rounds when you and him are very much alike in body size and keeps pressing foward. Mayorga is gonna bull rush him,its gonan be a great fight. I am pulling for mayroga for the upset but know odds are greatly in favor of DLH. Cant wait
