all this criticism of khan and how he doesnt deserve a floyd fight is ridiculous. .khan is far superior than ortiz, guerrero, maidana and berto combined..enough already with that nonsense, khan is a great fighter. .i would've loved to see how floyd figured out khans speed, i would've paid for that ,instead floyd fought maidana (who khan beat more decisively than him) and then berto (a guy not even top 30)..

Floyds all about money, IF khan can pull of a miricle and win (imo he wont) then the money for that fight may just be enough to lure floyd out, as i do believe he wants to hit that 50-0.

I usually respect Byrd's POV but he's starting to lose some credibility with these Mayweather-Khan statements. Everyone knows Mayweather already ducked Khan for years and fought someone Khan already beat instead - Maidana. What makes Byrd think that Mayweather will suddenly fight Khan if he manages to beat Canelo at 155?

We all know (the historical record proves it) Floyd had to weight-drain Canelo to 152 to fight him. If Khan beats a non-weight-drained version of Canelo, a much better version than Floyd faced, that's just going to make Floyd even more reluctant to face Khan than ever before. He's starting to sound like some of the kids on this forum.. lol

After he got knocked the phuck out by Garcia he fought bums like Carlos Molina, Julio Diaz, Devon Alexander and Chris Algieri. Can you tell me if any of those names were sanctioned belt holders??? They were NOT. Khan has NOT fought a top 10 Welter Weight since he moved to 147 so how is Floyd ducking Khan you imbecile??

As for your obtuse "historical record", Floyd does NOT chase fighters. Canelo's team chased after Floyd and even offered to fight Floyd at 152Ibs. Canelo's team is the one that offered Floyd the catch-weight because Floyd is a WW fighter. Do you understand that you neanderthal?

Floyd does NOT need to fight at 154Ibs. He started his career at 130Ibs and conquered five divisions and his natural weight considering his age is 147Ibs. You would know that if you understood boxing but you are from Karachi so I expect nothing but paan and rotis to come from you.

As for Canelo being a much better version than Floyd fought that's just an idiotic statement to make. Canelo is coming off a loss so he is not a better version than the version that fought Floyd. But like I said, you are from Peshawar so no surprises at all if you came here and told us that when Khan farts it smells of roses.

Bandman, clearly you are from Karachi just like your glass-jawed hero Khan. So let me give you FACTS and logic because it seems you have none other than blind worship.

- Floyd fought Ortiz because Ortiz was the lineal WBC title belt holder. He had just beaten the then undefeated Berto and became the champion at WW. So he deserved the fight.
- Floyd fought Guerrero because Guerrero was the WBC belt holder at the time and had not been defeated in more than 8 years. He was a legit WW belt holder at that time.
- Maidana had just won a WW belt in beating Broner. Maidana was a legitimate WW belt holder regardless of having a loss.

When Khan got knocked out by Garcia did he fight any legit WW belt holder or even a top 5 WW fighter? Khan had and still does not have any leverage in asking for big fights with either Floyd or even Pacman. Khan is a loud mouth idiot who thinks fighting BUMS like Diaz, Molian or Algieri will get him fights against Floyd or Pacman.

As for Berto, he may not have deserved a fight against Floyd but if you look at Floyd's resume since 2004, every single fighter he has fought has been a belt holder at the time or undefeated.

And if Khan's hand speed are so spectacular how come he got destroyed by a slow guy like Garcia? How come he had a touch fight against Algieri who was coming off a loss to Pacman or Diaz or Molina?

Khan is pathetic and will get destroyed by Canelo. You and all your Pakistani cousins should stick to cricket or eating Paan because you know nothing about boxing
