Representatives for WBO super lightweight titlist, Terence Crawford and Ruslan Provodnikov were set to talk about a possible fight for the summer but those plans were scuttled as Showtime announced on Friday that Banner Promotions cut a deal to bring Provodnikov to their network. Provodnikov will collide with John Molina on June 11th in New York.

Anything other than Postol would be a joke. They're both looking to fight around June/July, how can this fight NOT be made?

Crawford doesn't belong on PPV (same with Kovalev-Ward), but if they are trying to sell Crawford vs. either Pacquiao, Marquez, or Bradley at the end of the year on PPV, Crawford has to get that lineal title vs. Postol in June/July. That would give him 2 lineal titles in as many weight classes and would solidify him as a top 5 P4P fighter in the world today.
