Simply put; he's an undefeated world champ at 140, went up to 147 (in a round-about weight) and should be fighting for another significant championship or AT LEAST a conterdership bought to secure a world title fight. There is no reason for him to fight Collazo as Collazo is not contending for a world title fight right now and is 1-2 with the win coming from a gimme fight.
