So basically you think the guy who wrote on his twitter account before and after the purse bid that "Anyone saying I will vacate my title must be bat**** crazy", and then went on to say that he won't vacate his title for any reason at all, you still believe this guy will vacate his title?1) Wilder hasn't accepted anything.2) Wider hasn't [B]silencedB]anyone until the fight actually takes place. He can back out of it any time. The recent experiences with Keith Thurman and Chavez Jr. should remind you of that! 3) See answer 1 and 2!
I still think Wilder will back out of the fight. I thought before the purse bid that Wilder would vacate the title (even if the fight was held in America) and I am still sure of it. I think there is a 100 percent chance that he will vacate if Charles Martin bets Anthony Joshua and a 60 percent chance that he will vacate even if Martin loses.
Lol, if so, then there is only word word to describe you.
"Delusional"
If anyone is pulling out of the fight, then it is the guy who had the fight postponed in the fir....er second place to begin with by saying "I won't be ready in january, I need more time. I will be ready in April or May."
It is the guy who had negotiations postponed even before that (the first place) when he intentional scheduled a tune up fight that would take place AFTER the mandated nagotiation period for the fight, thereby forcing the wbc to postpone negotiations.
Guess who that guy is? Oh yes, I believe it's Povetkin.Comment

What's so amazing is how your narrative is ENTIRELY fabricated from THIN AIR. There is absolutely no evidence, conclusive or circumstancial, to support this narrative of yours.I think Wilder gonna claim injury, delay the fight further more till wbc strips him and then he gonna moan about injustice! I dont believe he wants anything to do with Sasha cuz he knows thats a real live dog there thats coming to fight, gonna have learned from the Wlad lost and fix a much better game plan.... Sasha aynt some cabby like his previous opponents, stiverne although a decent heavyweight didnt exactly give it his best shot from what i saw.
You know what they call that?
wishful thinking.Comment

pretty much how i see it going. Lots of ppl tend to overlook that povetkin has poor defense and just plods forward.Wilder is tougher than given credit for
Povetkins only shot is in side. He does not have a great jab and Marco Huck almost beat him with the jab and right hand
Wilder has the hardest right hand besides wlad who is more of a technician nowadays
There will be rough moments
Wilder isn't going to Russia to win a decision.... He won't there anyway.
By rounds 7-10 povetkin will be winded from working so hard to get inside past the reach he'll get caught coming in or stopped during this timeComment

Povetkin wouldve been champion(maybe Haye) around 2010-2015 but Wlad was always in the way and he didnt handle his dimensionals very well. Wlad is more a stationary target and wilder using his legs and is more aggressive with his punch out put
People are put of by Wilder's level of competition. That is understandable. He hasnt faced many top ten opponents. In his defense, the heavyweight class is going through a renaissance and most of the new contenders havent been perennial contenders.
From a stylistic stand point I see Povetkin having more trouble than Wilder in this match up.Comment

Wilder is all wrong for Sasha. Sasha is short in today's HW division with short arms. He's going to take a beating trying to get inside.Povetkin wouldve been champion(maybe Haye) around 2010-2015 but Wlad was always in the way and he didnt handle his dimensionals very well.
