If Roy Jones had done what he should have done, which is retire 10 years ago, he would have never put himself in that situation. If Wilder's team had done what it should have done, which is negotiate fairly, he wouldn't have been put in this situation.

Damn only the second good fighter this guy has ever fought in what 36 fights ? BUM SQUAD wins by decision like he did against the only other good fighter he fought, Steverine

I think Wilder gonna claim injury, delay the fight further more till wbc strips him and then he gonna moan about injustice! I dont believe he wants anything to do with Sasha cuz he knows thats a real live dog there thats coming to fight, gonna have learned from the Wlad lost and fix a much better game plan.... Sasha aynt some cabby like his previous opponents, stiverne although a decent heavyweight didnt exactly give it his best shot from what i saw.

Jones admitted he took the gear. Moaned he couldn't make the weight without it. So thats a moot point.

I still think Wilder will back out of the fight. I thought before the purse bid that Wilder would vacate the title (even if the fight was held in America) and I am still sure of it. I think there is a 100 percent chance that he will vacate if Charles Martin bets Anthony Joshua and a 60 percent chance that he will vacate even if Martin loses.
                Time will tell!

Wilder isn't backing out, he doesn't see Povetkin as a major threat... Just another fighter standing in his way.....another fighter who will be chopped down.... And out.

Wilder is tougher than given credit for
Povetkins only shot is in side. He does not have a great jab and Marco Huck almost beat him with the jab and right hand

Wilder has the hardest right hand besides wlad who is more of a technician nowadays

                    There will be rough moments

Wilder isn't going to Russia to win a decision.... He won't there anyway.

By rounds 7-10 povetkin will be winded from working so hard to get inside past the reach he'll get caught coming in or stopped during this time

                      Seems like a cool event.

Wilder vs Povetkin + David Haye in one night. Should be good.
