Showtime is a smart choice for Provo. Timmy and Crawford beat him and pbc and showtime have more "winnable" fights for him. Broner vs Ruslan is a fight I wanna see. Most likely wont happen but I'm hoping it does.

I guess it's a good move. He already lost to Bradley, Matthysee, Herrera (HBO fighters) and was guaranteed to lose bad to Crawford, Postol, Cotto. So why not go to the other side of the street and try and line up a fight with Broner which he has a better chance of winning then the fights on HBO. But lets be serious no shot he gets a Floyd or Garcia fight.

come on man. he didn't lose to bradley. he won at least 5 rounds and scored 4 knockdowns. do the math. just because the ref ignored the rules doesn't mean we have to. first round he got floored twice on one punch and it wasn't a knockdown? 2 other times the ropes held him up clearly. knockdowns. don't buy into the a-side preferential treatment. be fair. and herrera most people thought prov won that one as well. super close, competitive and exciting fights seem perfect for a rematch but now we won't get them and that's fine. he's going in a different directino but don't pretend that he lost just because of some bad decisions.

Broner-Provodnikov is really interesting at 140, plus it will still be for a belt.

Much more winnable fight for Ruslan than the Crawford fight was. Plus he gets a cupcake to start with the Molina fight.

Good move by him and his team.
