@ heavyweight all it takes is one well timed shot and Wilder has a bazooka in his right. His jab is getting better as well and he is shortening his shots

I'd like he and SPlika to fight.....Sometimes will beats natural ability and Im sure Spilka will would be in better shape and outwork him.

I dont see why people are high on guys just because of their amatuer background. He isnt a very good pro and shows up like he went to a pie eating contest

All the talent or skills in the world means little if you dont prepare to for a hard fight.

It looked like it took a good 6 rounds for Wilder to figure out the range and distance in the Spzilka fight. He made a lot of mistakes as well, missing punches and putting himself off balance in the first 3 rounds especially. He can't do that with Povetkin. If it takes Wilder 6 rounds to warm up against Povetkin it means he is finished early. Povetkin will get inside and he WILL land, Wilders balance and footwork is not the best and he has never shown an ability to tie up on the inside, he tries to jump backwards with his hands raised and keep distance as defence, Povetkin will be far more aggressive than Spzilka was and will pressure him early and have him out of there.

Wilder will have to box better than he has ever done and not make the mistakes I've seen in his last 3 fights. The pressure and crowd could play a part. Will his boxing and composure go out the window once he gets hit and the crowd get excited?

If Povetkin tries to fight Wilder close to how he fought Wlad... It's gonna be a sad night for those Russian fans. All that duckin in close **** is gonna have him eating a massive left hook/uppercut. When that dazes him... he's gonna eat the nastiest straight right down the pipe, and it's gonna kill him.

Size aside, Povetkin doesn't fight anything like a Ronnie Shields-trained Szpilka.
