The key to a good corner man, besides the knowledge of the sport, is to keep all emotion from your face and hidden from your fighter. His wifes voice had the sound of dispair and desperation, I know that he was able to pick up his wifes voice just as I could always pick up my mothers when I was fighting. It would have annoyed and distracted me.

Being an old married man, I can take it a step or two deeper. Since any couple is connected energetically; there's LIFE in all that fluid you're swappin', ya know, the fighter will FEEL the anxiety that his wife or girlfriend is feeling. From that perspective, you're better off leaving them at home.

lol. With or without her Byrd still would have got his ass kicked. Oh yeah, and she isn't that good looking. Not ugly though.

Word the **** up!!! That ***** was mad annoying!!! The whole fight reminded me of Rocky 4 when Apollo got crushed by Drago, from beginning to end. The last thing Byrd needed was her screaming in his corner--

I not one for hitting women but I think the crowd would have gone crazy if he would have left the ring and went over to her and cracked her right upside the head...then got back in the ring to fight...she distracted me so bad I wanted to turn my volumn down...someone needs to to tell her..."hey sweat cheeks, as soon as you take your very first punch in the ring, then you can open your tremendously huge CAKE HOLE! Shut your f'in pie hole you dumb Biiiiiiiiitch!

and can anyone tell me why one of the greatest defensive fighters sat directly in from of one of the biggest punchers in the business today? Chris Bryd has always been known for his ability to avoid or slip punches. He has always been hard to hit flush, he didnt give any angles, no stepping around Klitchko, he just sat right there, waiting to be hit...I bet Don King isnt overly upset about Byrd getting his ass handed to him!
