It as a severe injury people! If he wasn't hurt them why has he not been in the ring at all since because like they said, it will be a minimum of 8-10 months before he can train at all. His arm darn near fell off people! I believe the Pacquaio camp, therefore there is no chance he can fight again until at least mid to late 2016. It's only been 10 months, little doubt he can barely do anything with that arm.
