Yea, that's the excuse they used for the interim. Then he chose Khan instead of a MW. And he'll choose another lighter weight guy in September.

Canelo already fights heavier than GGG. Nobody is buying that lame excuse.

Outside of GGG there is no MW worth even putting on PPV. Khan was probably the only one available that could make some decent PPV #'s. All though the undercard is falling apart. I still think this fight will do 650k+ PPV buys. And some reason ODDS makers is giving Khan a 25% to win? Khan is actually bigger than Canelo right now. But he also hasn't fought in a year. I expect Khan to be winning the fight on the scorecards until he get KO'd.

Connor McGregor The 145 champ just fought Diaz at 170, and lost. So it is OK for MMA, and not Boxing? McGregor asked for that fight, and Khan asked for this one. If he loses, he only has himself to blame, but give him credit for trying, and don't blame Canelo for accepting a good payday.

Don't forget Diaz was chilling on a yact drinking tequilla shots 10 days before the fight. I don't think a great boxing champion has EVER been beaten by a guy with 10 days notice...

Also EVERY time I try and watch UFC I see them do some DUMB ass amatuer sht!!! Like two fights ago Ronda Rousey opponent came out with a flying knee CLEAR across the ring. It was some funny Sht!!! It took her 34 seconds to land from one side to the next and then Ronda KO'd her. Go YouTube it. Another good video is Ronda chasing after Holly like she's a dumb ass BULL!

How many times did Chael Sonnen get title shot??? It seemed like he was ALWAYS losing his title shot and THEN his very next fight was ANOTHER title shot! And the dude kept getting popped on drug tests just to be awarded another championship figh! But boxing is the joke???
