Robberies aren't wins and if that was the case Murray robbery losses against Martinez and Strum would count.

So that would make Murray resume better than Lara's and since GGG beat Murray that would make his resume better than Lara's aswell. So you might want to come at from another angle.

As for Trout, the win isn't that great. GGG has a couple wins equal too or better than Trout.

Golovkin's going to spend the rest of his boxing career fighting bums until he gets beat by one.

Actually no, he doesn't. Trout has the W over Miguel Cotto. That trumps anything on Bumlovkin's resume...

what makes you think Lara who lost to Ginger and almost got his arse kicked by a C+ fighter in Angulo can fight with GGG and win? Your hate makes you blind.

Who gives a fuq. Boxing isn't about one good win, fact is GGG has been a top rated MW before and after that win. Since than Trout has been fighting less than stellar comp and getting dropped by Daniel Dawson. All the fighters at around the weight would say GGG is far superior to Trout. Both Canelo and Cotto outright refuse to get in the ring with him. Neither felt that way about Trout.

I've talked to many of boxing trainers old and young, they say GGG is one of the best now. Now who should I believe them, or a bunch of resume nerds who knowledge go no farther than Boxrec. Crack open a book student and smarten up.

              You're in the overwhelming minority.

The FACT of the matter remains. Trout's win over Cotto trumps ANYTHING on Bumlovkin's resume.

The fuq is this Lara shat? He talks some smack on tweeter and never makes a move to middleweight and you fools think he really wants to fight Golovkin. This is like the other guys coming up with mythical beasts that will take down Mayweather. Lara gets his head taken off 17th century French style if he ever gets in the ring with Golovkin, tha fuq is wrong with you people.

Lol, so Laras's loses are better than Golovkin's wins, fuq me...

I think PBC would need to offer him a cherry deal for him to jump ship + he'd have to be 99.9% sure the Canelo fight was out the window. If the PBC budget is in as dire straights as the PBC critics suggest the first isn't happening & I can't really see the second part being completely off the table even if Canelo/Oscar/WBC continue dangling a carrot in front of GGG into 2017. There is too much upside for GGG to fight Canelo & in particular if he beats Canelo. He's not getting anything like that from beating Jacobs or Quillin or Lara or anyone else on that side.

Fact of the matter is Murray and Lemule both beat Trout today. And GGG beats them all three of them and Cotto. Facts, learn to live with them.

Can't live on a win from 2012, life moves on and so does the sport.
