The biggest jump in handspeed between divisions?

Where would you say the biggest jump in handspeed is between the weight divisions? (for example light-heavy to cruiserweight)
Or would u say its very equal between all of them?

I think the biggest jump in handspeed is probably between welter and middle weight.
