Gennady is asian and 97k in PPV say otherwise...he does have a lot of die hard fans on this site. He isnt a household name yet, but he has the nard core boxing fans attention.


For all his hype, age and amatuer backgorund, his resume leaves a lot to be desired and we dont know how good he really is.

I find it a bit ridiculous that people criticize GGG's resume, but don't realize that no one at MW wants to fight him.

Yes, I know, the Ward fight is something boxing fans wanted to see, but with Canelo and Cotto (2 huge draws) are in his division (or relatively close), why would he move up to fight that big of a threat for much less money?

he is almost in his mid 30s....how long are people gonna ride that horse. Seems to me they are padding his record until he cashes out versus Canelo.

He just killed the momentum from his good win over Lemieux and goes back to fighting unranked Monroe level guys


He has options...He can fight Lara, Jacobs, or move up. DeGale and Jack wouldnt run from him. GGG VS Abraham would be huge in Germany.

Did you guys know the reason Golovkin bombed with Lemiuex is because black americans don't want to support him cuz he's white? If Golovkin was black he'd have sold atleast 300k vs Lemiuex, he'd be hyped as the goat/tbe like Ali/Roy Joneses/Floyd Sinclaire were. What did Sinclairer's first PPV make? Exactly, if Golovkin was black he'd of gotten double that.
