IBF super featherweight champion Jose "Sniper" Pedraza (21-0, 12KOs) is finally able to train without worries.

The junior lightweight champion will make a mandatory defense of his title on April 16 against British challenger Stephen Smith, possibly in Connecticut.

That was quick. I expected a little more at 130 out of Pedraza. Smith is a 130 Jo Jo Dan, but even if Pedraza doesn't box like Kell, it's not much to brag about. I hope this isn't just name dropping.

War? This fighter is just a normal fighter, and the rivals of Pedraza are ****, like good boricua.

Vargas would kill this guy in 10 rounds.
